A Versatile and Powerful Oscillating Edge Sander for Precision Work

It features a robust 2 HP motor driving the belt at approximately 3,850 surface feet per minute, while the oscillating action offers a 1/2″ stroke at about 103 oscillations per minute to help reduce belt wear and improve sanding consistency.

The cast-iron construction of the tables ensures stability, and the front table can be adjusted in height using a handwheel so that different belt zones may be used. The sanding head can tilt downward 90° to facilitate horizontal sanding tasks. A graphite backing matrix aids in reducing friction, thereby extending belt life, and a quick-release lever simplifies belt changes.

Dust management is handled via a 4″ dust chute compatible with a dust-collector hookup. The machine is mounted on a heavy-duty enclosed cabinet stand (which includes internal storage access), and it ships with a miter gauge, table guide, and end table to support curved sanding operations.
