Festool Systainer Level

Festool Systainer Level

It’s been said before, and I’ll say it again. Festool’s attention to detail, ergonomics and efficiency is well beyond most tool manufacturers. And once again they have taken it to the next level.

The Festool Systainer Level is a lightweight, naturally anodized aluminum spirit level that provides measuring accuracy of +/-1.0 mm and is made to take a beating and keep going. It features horizontal and vertical levels with metric on one side and inches on the other. Its surface has a prismatic design for seamless contact with shafts and pipes, making it handy to have nearby in all your leveling needs.

Dimensions: 1-1/32″ (26 mm) x 15/32″ (12 mm) x 13-15/16″
Exception: does not fit in the Systainer3 ToolBoxes and Systainer3 ToolBag

While these features are great and available in most specialty levels, the key element is how the Festool Systainer Level is stored. No more worrying about your level being thrown into the bottom of the toolbox and bent or damaged beyond recognition. The simple yet ingenious design allows you to store this level safely inside the handle of most Festool Systainers. The quick and simple stow away and removal makes the level a handy companion to have in the shop or on a jobsite, readily available and safe from potential damage.

Levels may not be the most exciting topic, but it’s this sort of attention to detail that makes Festool a leader in the woodworking community. I can’t wait to see what they come up with next.
